NB9 Amine Slide Both sides of NB Amine Slides are coated with trillions of NanoCones, nano-sized conical dendrons. The apexes of NanoCones are functionalized with a primary amino group, and probe molecules with amino groups are attached on the slides through our activation process. NanoCones provide controlled regular spacing between the amino group to minimize steric hindrance and enhance the kinetics. A judicious selection of the underlying layer results in the low non-specific binding. NB9 Amine Slides are optimized for oligonucleotide DNA microarrays, and these arrays boast high specificity/sensitivity with a low background signal as well as short hybridization and washing time.

NB9 NHS Slide Both sides of NB NHS Slides are coated with trillions of NanoCones, nano-sized conical dendrons. The apexes of NanoCones are functionalized with a NHS (N-hydroxyl succinimidyl) group for attaching probe molecules with amino groups on the slides. NanoCones provide controlled regular spacing between the NHS groups to minimize steric hindrance and enhance the kinetics.
