Slides for BRAF V600E detection

The BRAF V600E mutation is found in thyroid cancer, colon cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and melanoma.

Patterned slides in which the capture probe DNA is spotted in a small size (a diameter of 2 micrometers) by using FluidFM technology. When the capture probe and ctDNA extract are hybridized on the slide, and examined using an atomic force microscope, the individual captured BRAF V600E gene can be visualized, and the copy number in a sample can be quantified very sensitively without amplification.
